Everyday our professionals meet brewers and there are faced to a big issue which is the lack of neutral information about their supplier.

If the beer consomuer can find a lot of informations about the beer is going to buy due to rating website, tasting comments, beer competition, there is a real gap for brewing ingredients.

One of our side project would be to build the first ever barley, wheat and hop competition judging the quality of those ingredients with a neutral opinion. This is something quite hard to construct so it is going to take time to think about this iddea and find the best solution.

This is hard for brewers to compare differente pale ale malts such as here without having any other informations than the producer ones.
